Tuna Sandwich (3oz Tuna in water, 1 Tbsp lowfat mayo, 1 whole grain roll, lettuce, tomatoes
1 apple
Snack
Nature Valley Granola Bar
10 baby carrots
Dinner
4oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1 small sweet Potato with sprink of cinnamon, sugar and light buttery spread (1tsp)
Snack
1 med banana with peanut butter
Drink as much water as possible
