It required 18:10 to walk a mile. I had to walk two laps in lane six not to impede other runners. I had to help girlie when she cried. I had to yell to the kids about danger.
At the end the boys chanted "Go Mom Go" several times.
Extrapolating with a bit of add on for additional miles: we have very comparable baselines.
