Kind of a random day. I've been grazing.
Early AM: 1 glass ice water
Breakfast: a handful of all bran garlic crackers and a nutrigrain toaster waffle with a Tbs of peanut butter.
AM Snack: 1/4 of a large convenience store pretzel (75cal).
Lunch: 1 Tbs left over chicken salad. ! Tbs leftover mashed potatoes.2 cherry tomato from the garden (ah ha. a veggie) 1 6oz glass of milk 2%. 1/2 a leftover fish filet.
Afternoon snack: crumbly crumbs from the garlic All Bran crackers.
Dinner: 3 cheese ravioli with Ragu super chunky mushroom pasta sauce. 1 8oz glass 2% milk.
1/2 a kids vitamin
Exercise. Went on a 1/4 mile hike with the kids on the Piedmont Trail. Pulled weeds in the garden (1/2 hour).
Today's real accomplishment: passed up the glazed donuts in the Wawa even though they were cheap and I had a few dollars in pocket.
