Wednesday already??

Yes.  It is Wednesdayalready!!!  This last week has been a classic study in why fitness goals are sidelined for me.  Thursday.  Posted but ate too much chocolate.  Friday:  Greg's sister and 5 kids came to stay the weekend so preparing for them eclipsed the day.  Saturday:  moved out some old furniture.  Felt good.  Kathleen brought 1 lb. european chocolate bars as a gift.  Ate 1/2 lb of chocolate.  NSH.  ate a turkey burger for dinner.  Sun.  meetings breakfast get everyone ready more meetings.  Drank homemade limeade.  Lots of sugar.  more chocolate.  Monday  help Kathleen's 2 oldest get ready for pioneer trek.  Cold cereal, peanut butter and jelly and another turkey burger.  More chocolate.  It is almost gone Thank Heavens.  Tuesday.  Was really sick all day.  Laid in bed with aches like back and head and a fever.  Finally went to doctor at 4 pm.  Went to store filled prescription and bought food that sounded good.  Saltines,  Rice cakes, pro-biotic yogurt and cran/ras juice.  Ate them.  Drank lots of water.  Fever broke.  Felt much better.
        Lesson to self:   You will put the time in to take care of yourself -- you can choose to do it while you feel good by eating well and exercising or you can be compelled do it when you are dog sick because you didn't take care of yourself while you felt good.  But, either way you will do it.

Fitability now means do it without being compelled.

Set up nutrition tracker
Take a nap
Eat 3 servings of vegetables
