Morning: 2 whole wheat pancakes w/ syrup, 1 glass milk,
noon granola bar
2pm tuna fish with mayo and cheese on whole wheat bread
oh, and some cheetos and chocolate milk
Dinner cereal, milk white toast fruit smoothie
3 oreos and some of a chocolate candy bar
Wow. In my head, I did better today.
No exercise, but cleaned out desk and old files from college and stuff. (Why did I carry that stuff around for 20+ years?) Threw out canceled checks from 1999 and such. TOO MUCH STUFF.
PM Yoga for tonight because I need to relaxxxxxx. Metaphor? Ha Ha. nice new every day blog. do you know her?
