Wednesday July 28 Bo

I love the eating plan.  It has food I have and like.  I'll follow it today.

I have had a good couple of days.  Both Monday and Tuesday I fit in exercise first thing in the morning.  It started out by going to bed on time the night before.  Bryan will be home early today and I will get to go to the gym.  Yea.  I feel so much better all day when I get to sweat.  I eat better too.  I think early AM exercise is the path ahead for this season of my life.  For you, I'm guessing the next two years are about stroller walking.  If you don't have a baby jogger, we must conspire to get you one.  I've never had it but using it at Mom's has converted me to the front swivel wheel.

I like the 10 day challenge.  Maybe we can alternate giving healthy challenges to each other every 10 days.  Must be very doable but something we are not doing.  I have a good feeling about next Friday's check up weigh. 

Received news that September and October will be very stressful.  To get all my gov't money for Grad School means three courses at once for Sept and Oct.  I'm anxious.  Stress is bad for my everything.  I've got to plan well these next couple of weeks.  I'll need shopping lists and menus and crockpot meals at the ready. I need the house to start out sanitary and organized.   Rats.  I've been enjoying these weeks of chill out.
