Wednesday July 14th

Early AM: 2 glasses of ice water
Breakfast:  smoothie with greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries.  I had to rush out the door to Library Summer reading club with the kids so add a point to the stress level.
AM Snacking:  A dry Eggo Sam had abandoned in the toaster oven.  (I know NSH (not so healthy))
Lunch:  A large serving spoonful of the never ending bowl of 15 bean soup.  Kids eating Kraft Mac (bleh).
Afternoon Snacking:  All Bran Garlic crackers.
Dinner:  Cruchy Fish Filet with (you guessed it) 15 bean soup "salsa" wrapped up in a tortilla.  2 TBS of 5 minute mashed potatoes.(yep NSH again)
After reading this I'm sorry to see I ate not a single vegetable today.  Ergo, I'm having a V8 for my evening "good job me" snack even though I really want a brownie.

Exercise only happened today because I knew I was going to post.  (See your work is paying off already)  I did Leslie Sansone's 30 minute "Walk and Jog".  I carried 2 lb hand weights for the first half.  Bryan will probably bug me to exercise tomorrow AM.
